Terms of Service

Article 1 (Scope)

These Terms apply to all relationships between the User and us concerning use of the Service. Individual rules and guidelines we publish on the Service form part of these Terms.

Article 2 (Registration)

A contract is formed when an applicant applies in the manner we specify and we approve the application.

We may refuse registration if the application contains false information, the applicant has previously breached these Terms, or we otherwise consider it inappropriate.

Article 3 (Accounts)

Users are responsible for managing their account IDs and passwords.

Accounts may not be transferred, lent or shared. We are not liable for damage caused by unauthorised use of an account unless due to our wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 4 (Fees and payment)

Users shall pay the fees we specify, by the methods we designate.

Fees paid are non-refundable except as required by law or otherwise agreed by us.

Article 5 (Term, renewal and cancellation)

Paid plans run for one year and renew automatically on the same terms unless cancelled.

Users may cancel by notifying us in the manner we specify no later than the day before the next renewal date.

Article 6 (Prohibited conduct)

Users must not:

1. Violate laws or public order and morals
2. Violate any marketplace's rules
3. Infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights of us or third parties
4. Place excessive load on our servers or network
5. Gain unauthorised access to or reverse-engineer the Service
6. Engage in any other conduct we deem inappropriate

Article 7 (User data)

Rights to data registered by Users belong to the Users. We handle such data only to provide, maintain and improve the Service, and manage it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Article 8 (Changes and suspension)

We may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice for maintenance, natural disasters, network failures or other unavoidable reasons.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

We do not guarantee that the Service fits any particular purpose or will be unaffected by changes to external marketplace specifications.

Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability is limited to the total fees paid by the User in the preceding 12 months.

Article 10 (Restriction and termination)

If a User breaches these Terms, we may restrict use of the Service or delete the registration without prior notice.

Article 11 (Amendments)

We may amend these Terms when necessary. Amended Terms take effect when published on this website.

Article 12 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Mito District Court has exclusive jurisdiction of first instance over any dispute relating to the Service.
