01How much does Radar ERP cost?
We offer a free plan plus yearly paid plans, with no setup fee. Not sure which plan fits? Call us at 070-9274-8833 or email [email protected].
02How do I start a free trial?
Choose "Free trial" on the contact form and submit it. We will get back to you within one business day to create your account and help with the initial setup.
03How do I buy a paid plan?
Contact us via the form or by phone. Your account manager will guide you through choosing a plan, signing up and connecting your stores.
04Is my order and customer data safe?
We protect your data with encrypted connections, role-based access control, regular backups and vulnerability checks. We can also sign an NDA on request.
05Is it safe to connect multiple stores?
Radar ERP connects through the official APIs and authorisation methods each marketplace provides, so you never share store login credentials.
06Can I cancel or get a refund?
You can cancel a paid plan any time before the day preceding your next renewal date, and you will not be billed again. See our Terms of Service and legal disclosure for refund details.
07How is Radar ERP different from other tools?
